My name is Chris Perez and I am dedicated to helping my clients make lasting changes to create a healthy way of living.
Prior to personal training I spent 6 years as a 6A HS basketball coach, working to develop HS athletes both in skill and strength and conditioning for the college level.
I believe anyone can add fitness to their daily routine. Making the decision to start a program is the first step to creating lasting changes. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and fitness backgrounds, to grow each time we interact. I understand that coming to the gym can be a challenge for a variety of reasons, and I work diligently to alleviate the stresses that come with working out so we can focus on improving.
As a certified Personal Trainer, I will provide one-on-one instruction as well as nutrition and lifestyle changes to help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Understanding that everyone's journey is unique, I will tailor our plan to your specific needs.
None of this would be possible without the support of my family, spending time with my wife and 2 daughters is the best part of my day. When I am not working out I also enjoy being outdoors, mountain climbing, reading, traveling, good music, and watching movies.
